About Corporate Training Pros
We believe that every organisation deserves access to training that is thoughtful, evidence-based and genuinely transformative. Here is our story.
Our story
Corporate Training Pros was founded in 2007 by a small group of organisational psychologists and business strategists who shared a conviction: that the gap between knowing and doing in professional development could be closed through smarter program design. Operating from our base in Port Ryanmouth, New South Wales, we set out to build a consultancy that treated every engagement as a partnership rather than a transaction.
In the early years we worked primarily with mid-sized enterprises in the financial services sector, helping them navigate rapid regulatory change by upskilling compliance teams and coaching senior leaders through uncertainty. The results spoke for themselves — client retention rates climbed, employee engagement scores improved and word-of-mouth referrals became our most powerful marketing channel.
Today we serve over 340 organisations across industries as diverse as healthcare, mining, technology, education and government. Our team has grown to include facilitators, instructional designers, executive coaches and data analysts, all united by a shared commitment to measurable impact. We remain proudly independent and privately held, which means our recommendations are always driven by what is best for the client, not by shareholder expectations.
Mission and values
The principles that guide every program we design and every relationship we build.
Our mission is simple: to help organisations unlock the full potential of their people through training that is relevant, rigorous and results-oriented. We measure our success not by the number of workshops delivered, but by the lasting behavioural change and business improvement our clients experience.
Evidence over assumption
We ground every program in research — from adult learning theory and behavioural science to the latest industry benchmarks. Assumptions are tested, not trusted, and our facilitators continuously update their knowledge base to reflect emerging best practice.
Partnership mindset
We do not deliver off-the-shelf solutions. Every engagement begins with deep listening — understanding your strategic context, cultural nuances and the specific challenges your people face. This collaborative approach ensures training content resonates and sticks.
Measurable impact
If it cannot be measured, it cannot be improved. We build evaluation frameworks into every program from the outset, tracking participant confidence, skill acquisition and on-the-job application so you can see the return on your investment in clear terms.
Integrity and transparency
We are upfront about what training can and cannot achieve. If we believe a different intervention — coaching, structural change or technology — would serve you better, we will say so. Our reputation depends on honest counsel, not on selling more workshop days.
