Absolutely. The Professional and Enterprise packages are designed to be modular. You might start with a leadership foundations day, follow up with a communication and influence workshop, and conclude with a strategic planning session. We work with you to sequence topics in a way that builds momentum and reinforces learning.
Yes. All packages are available in face-to-face, fully virtual or hybrid formats. Our virtual workshops use interactive platforms with breakout rooms, live polling, digital whiteboards and real-time collaboration tools to ensure engagement levels match those of in-person sessions.
We understand that business priorities shift. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled date incur no fee. Cancellations within 7–14 days are subject to a 25 per cent rescheduling fee. Cancellations within 7 days are charged at 50 per cent. We are always happy to reschedule at no cost when notice is given early.
