Our Corporate Training process

A proven six-step methodology that ensures every program we deliver is strategically aligned, expertly executed and rigorously evaluated for lasting impact.

How we work, step by step

From the first conversation to long-term capability building, here is what you can expect when you partner with us.

1

Discovery and needs analysis

Every engagement begins with a deep-dive discovery session. We meet with key stakeholders — typically HR leaders, department heads and executive sponsors — to understand your organisation's strategic priorities, current capability gaps and the specific outcomes you want the training to achieve. We may also conduct surveys, interviews or focus groups with prospective participants to capture ground-level insights that inform program design.

This phase usually takes one to two weeks and culminates in a detailed needs analysis report. The report outlines our findings, recommended learning objectives and a proposed program structure. We share this with you for feedback and refinement before moving forward, ensuring complete alignment from the outset.

2

Program design and customisation

With the needs analysis approved, our instructional design team gets to work. We build a bespoke curriculum that blends evidence-based frameworks with your organisation's real-world context. Content is mapped to clearly defined learning outcomes and sequenced to create a logical progression from foundational concepts to advanced application.

We develop custom case studies drawn from your industry, design interactive exercises that mirror the challenges your people face daily, and create professionally produced participant workbooks and digital resources. If psychometric assessments (such as DISC or 360-degree feedback) are included, we administer these during the design phase so results can be woven into workshop activities.

3

Facilitator matching

The right facilitator makes all the difference. Based on the program topic, audience seniority and industry context, we select the facilitator whose expertise and style are the best fit. Every facilitator on our roster holds advanced qualifications and has a minimum of ten years of hands-on corporate experience. We provide you with a facilitator profile and, where possible, arrange a brief introductory call so you can confirm the match before the first session.

4

Delivery

This is where the learning comes to life. Whether delivered on-site at your premises, at an external venue or via our interactive virtual platform, every session is designed to be highly participatory. Expect a blend of facilitator-led discussion, small-group exercises, role-plays, simulations and reflective activities. We keep lecture-style content to a minimum because research consistently shows that people learn best by doing.

For multi-session programs, we assign action learning projects between workshops. Participants apply new skills to real business challenges and report back to their cohort, creating accountability and accelerating behaviour change. Our facilitators are skilled at reading the room and adapting pace, depth and emphasis in real time to meet the group where they are.

5

Evaluation and reporting

Immediately after each session we collect participant feedback through structured surveys that measure satisfaction, perceived relevance and confidence gains. For multi-session programs we also conduct pre- and post-assessments to quantify skill development. Within two weeks of program completion we deliver a comprehensive impact report to your leadership team.

The report includes quantitative data, qualitative themes from participant comments, facilitator observations and specific recommendations for sustaining momentum. Where applicable, we track business metrics such as employee engagement scores, productivity indicators or customer satisfaction data at agreed intervals post-program to demonstrate return on investment.

6

Ongoing support and reinforcement

Learning does not end when the workshop does. We offer a range of post-program support options including individual coaching sessions, refresher workshops, peer learning circles and access to our digital resource library. For Enterprise clients we conduct quarterly reviews to assess progress, celebrate wins and adjust the learning roadmap as your organisation evolves. Our goal is to build internal capability that sustains itself long after our formal engagement concludes.

Why this process works

The science and philosophy behind our methodology.

Interactive corporate training session in progress

Our process is grounded in the 70-20-10 model of learning and development, which holds that roughly 70 per cent of learning happens through experience, 20 per cent through social interaction and only 10 per cent through formal instruction. That is why our workshops emphasise hands-on activities and peer collaboration over passive listening.

We also draw on spaced repetition research, which demonstrates that distributing learning across multiple sessions significantly improves long-term retention compared with single-day intensives. Our multi-session programs are deliberately spaced to allow participants time to practise, reflect and return with real-world questions.

Finally, our evaluation framework is built on the Kirkpatrick model, assessing reaction, learning, behaviour and results at each level. This rigorous approach gives you confidence that the investment is delivering tangible value and provides data to support future learning and development decisions.

What sets our process apart

Three pillars that differentiate our approach from standard training providers.

Context over content

We never deliver generic material. Every case study, exercise and discussion prompt is tailored to your industry, organisational culture and the specific roles of participants. This contextual relevance dramatically increases engagement and the likelihood that new skills will transfer to the workplace.

Built-in accountability

Action learning projects, coaching check-ins and peer accountability structures ensure participants do not simply attend a workshop and forget what they learned. We create systems that keep the learning alive between sessions and long after the formal program concludes.

Transparent measurement

You will never wonder whether the training made a difference. Our multi-level evaluation framework provides clear, quantifiable evidence of impact — from immediate participant satisfaction through to long-term behavioural change and business results. We share every data point openly so you can make informed decisions about future investment.
